In 1996, the punk rock group  Man is The Bastard  put out a picture disc record "Thoughtless", displaying a bandaged boy and lots of Wacky Packs.

The Album was produced by Gravity Records.

ALBUM COVER & INSERTS

There was a CD released at the same time as the album, but I don't believe it shows any Wackys.  If anyone can confirm this, let me know.
